I'm currently 52 and train and compete in Ironman triathlons as well as endurance trail running and cycling events. I started using P10 last year while preparing for some upcoming races. At the time, I was doing a lot of high intensity cycling workouts. Much of these workouts utilize "watts" and "threshold" power as measurement tools. The goal is increasing threshold watts for sustained periods. After using P10 for a couple of weeks I began seeing sizable increases in my cycling power as well as much quicker recoveries than before. After a couple of months, I had increased my threshold power to all time highs. At the same time, I was training for a half marathon. While using P10, my training runs seems to be getting faster and easier. At my race, I finished as the overall master winner, set a new personal record, and also set the course record for my age group. I have continued to use P10 as I train for an upcoming Ironman race. P10 allows me to train more at higher intensities, recover faster, and reduces cramping after long workouts.
