"I am blown away with how effective P10 is for me. As a triathlete it is not uncommon for me to spend 3-4 hours at a time working out. Just have the P10 a try before a bike ride. Love that you could feel the energy but not have the tingling like some preworkouts give you. Flavor is good as well. I take a serving of P10 about 30 minutes prior to each workout and another 2 hours later for long workouts. I have noticed more focus, less fatigue and even a quicker recovery time since starting to use P10.
