Taylor Williamson is a five times Crossfit Games athlete, and currently a part of the 2021 World Championship team Mayhem Freedom. She has won the Crossfit Games once and stood on the podium a total of three times. Her debut was in 2016 when she worked with Team CrossFit OC3. She has also led Team OC3 Black to multiple games appearances as well as various other sanctioned event winnings teams.

Alongside her incredible athlete performances, Taylor is also currently attending Physicians Assistant school and juggling a full course load, while training as a part of the number one Crossfit team in the world, and one of that will go down in history as one of the most decorated in history.
